Cottages The above rates do not include applicable taxes. There is a two night minimum from May thru November. A deposit of one night is required for stays of two to three nights. A deposit of 50% is required for stays of four nights or more. (please see about “cancellations” under the Policy Page) Holiday rates: The following Holidays will be an additional $25.00 per night. Memorial Day Weekend (3 night min.); 4th of July Weekend (3 night min.); Labor Day Weekend (3 night min.); Thanksgiving Weekend (3 night min.); Christmas (2 night min.); New Year's (2 night min.) Our rates listed above are the basic rates for our season. We are open all year! Idle a winter day soaking in a hot tub & reading a book by a crackling fire! Ask about our off-season rates.
